Rearranging Day

Today I decided to rearrange my craft space. Quite the undertaking. I have so much stuff!  I need to make room for my BRAND NEW SEWING MACHINE! I'm very excited. I purchased a Brother SQ9185 and cannot wait to try it out.  I'm going to be attempting to make a small quilt square, which will probably turn into a cat bed.

I've had lots of help from my mom and my dog. Haha.  While I was moving the recliner, the cat decided to hop on and go for a ride.

My brother is being awesome and is going to make me an A-frame little cart with some peg board to put my yarn on! Hurray for brothers!  I will share a photo when that is all done later this week.

I have a few orders to catch up on, and then will make some plastic canvas wall hangings for my niece and nephew: Belle from Beauty and the Beast for my niece, and Sponge Bob for my nephew.

I also have a couple baby items to finish up for my brand new nephew! He was born last Thursday and is adorable and perfect!

Time flies...

Time sure flies by in a jiffy.  It's already June 11th, and I feel like it was just yesterday when I posted last.

I'm still working on getting my website all set up, I'm getting close!

I'm currently pricing out different sewing machines as my cheapy has decided to break, and I really don't feel it is worth fixing.  I'm looking into getting a sewing/embroidery machine, and have one picked out! Just waiting for pay day!

The organizing of my craft room is slow. I just don't know where to begin! I was planning on making part of my basement the new craft area, but now I'm leaning away from that.  I just need to sit and organize!

What I'm working on right now: knitting a baby blanket for my nephew who will be born in the next few days.  I can't wait to meet him!
